Shipping

Every Lavina the Label piece is made with care and created just for you.

Because our products are made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced, processed, and delivered. While many orders may arrive sooner, delivery times may vary during new launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: Each item is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and create every piece especially for you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love your order.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • In their original condition with all tags attached

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@lavina-thelabel.com with your order number.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and work quickly to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin production shortly after they’re placed, we cannot guarantee order changes, edits, or cancellations.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t promise changes can be made, we’ll always do our best to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us. We’ll gladly assist you in contacting the carrier and finding the best resolution.
